Currently my Bulgarian school group is on an international conference in Seoul, South Korea. There were children from Japan, China and Thailand. Just think about it. Those kids got to experience something magical. Not only that but new bridges were created between those countries. Today I see this video. These Russian kids are sent to DPRK. They're going to see the most isolated and strict country in the world. Just makes you think about the direction in which Russia is going in terms of international relations.

Dear Daniil, So... did I think you were arrested? No. I think that we would have heard about that. But I did think that maybe you were under investigation, had received a warning or maybe just thought that it might be better if you stopped. I am glad that the reason is less dark and more simple than the obvious one. I personally am sad that the interviews have stopped. I live in the UK and I am married to a Russian. I have never been to Russia because the visa requirements were a little too challenging and the political climate never conducive to a British person coming. Your street interviews taught me so much about Russian people and culture. Some good, some not so good :) It is very hard to hear genuine opinions and voices from Russia. You talk in the video on the 1420 channel (I think now deleted) of binary propaganda; either Russian propaganda or US/Western propaganda... and whilst there are news organisations that try... unfortunately that dialectic is all to true. Your videos transcended that and I will miss them. I have, before, gone to comment on your videos and your live streams. But I have always stopped... because as I have gone to do so I have read a comment from someone from Western culture and it is the most typical ignorant, knuckle headed, shaming internet trolling bullshit that I immediately feel shame and am silenced, thinking "Ach Jesus, poor Daniil, that he should have to deal with these arseholes". Anyway, as I said, I will miss the street interviews. In one sense I can imagine that they were boring and serving no purpose and in another I think that they were serving a much bigger purpose. I thank you for them. Maybe they will come back and maybe not... but thank you for them. Good luck with this new venture.
