I mean thats casual lore. Gengar loves to murder for fun. Abra are psychic prodigy children that lost control and morphed during teleportations. Yamask, Cofagrigus, and Runerigas are human possessed relics from ancient civs turned pokemon. Arceus himself has said that he allows the world to be it is bc theyre 2 sides of the same coin. Pokemon can be reborn human and humans can become pokemon. Theres a very serious equalibrium in the alchemy of their universe.
