I know this is an old video, but just today my awesome Lit and Comp teacher showed this in class. This is a masterpiece of free speech without lies. I wish all teachers and parents could see this. Doing my best to spread it around.

I defiantly agree with the individuals in all the same class. If INDIVIDUALS could learn more about their INDIVIDUAL strengths and interests.. The would would be a lot better place. Think about it. Here’s an example. See that homeless woman on the street with the sign? Yeah, well she dreamed to be an artist. But at her school, art wasn’t important. Only memorization of useless things. If she could have studied art, she could be living in a beautiful home full of her own watercolor paintings and have museums showcasing her artwork. If only she could have taken a more advanced art class.

Change your dam flow I understand the message that you give and how important it is but having multiple videos of the message under the same flow will dilute your message and your meaning because so many of us are consumed with the identity that is ever changing you have such talent such a deep and understanding message if you can incorporate and validate your word in more than just simple tones that came direct our youth our future generations to come your message is in deep but continually reproducing over the same melody marginalizes your meaning. Stay true stay active and continue to do you but never fear change your words can be spoken in many ways to change our youth to shape our world. Your taking a bigger step than me at this point. So don't get me wrong I'm not alrighty I'm not that righteous but I do understand at some level how the masses think repetitiveness is key but having repetitive words can be incorporated into many slam poems. You've helped me grow in a lot of ways and I hope that this is taken more than what's on face value. Continue to be strong and fights for everyone one of us who is to scared who is to worried continue giving the voice for everyone who can't just don't forget to evolve as you do. Stay true stay you continue to fight

+Rhimano Rangeley partially disagree because knowledge is the key to everything In this world and schooling /education is the fundamentals of that .partially agree because it is not right for a student to be judged on exam marks especially if he/she Doesnt receive the fair amount of classroom acknowledgement by teachers to do well

+Rhimano Rangeley and u can't hate school and love education the same time that in it self is a form of contradiction school is important to our youth and society and it will forever be better yet having a problem with school itself try to fix the problem rather than blaming it on the institution which power our minds to consider to even consider ourselves as humans whom "rule" the earth
@rhimanorangeley4083
@rhimanorangeley4083 8 жыл бұрын
good point, I think that way he is talking though he is using the word 'school' as how the institution is doing it. When I was in high school I hated going to school but loved the experience of school letting me learn. I think if he had of expanded on the point of Miss Jefferson he would have gone on to say that Miss Jefferson may have agreed with him but because of the way society is she couldn't say it out loud because she needs the job and she would have been penalised for saying it. Also thanks for replying so quick :D

why i hate history is because the teachers go on and on about hitler, but i love history because i learned what happened in the middle east, africa and asia 10 000 years ago. which is can teach you a way of life and how to react at different circumstances, i love math because i over-engineer mehcanical works at my age.
