LAZZARINI`S AIR CAR is only FANTASY when they talk about speed and range. You can at most angle the motors about 45 degrees in the ducts without decreasing the airflow thru the motors. That will make that the body would go in a 45-degree angle in the air. That angle will make so much drag and require so much energy, so your top speed would be around 100mph/160kmph. If you just tilt the motors AND the ducts at the same time it would be a HUGE difference, but then you have another problem with his design. The jet stream from the front engines would go straight in the back engines. You can design the front engines lower than the back ones, and you solved the problem. I am not an airplane engineer; I just use my head!
