0 Handling would be really difficult because you can't hop in a certain direction or correct your angle after a drift. You really use handling more like 10% of the time when turning.

Speed, weight, and drift are the three most important stats in the game, and while miniturbo is 4th and a fair bit more widely applicable than acceleration or handling, I decided to have that be part of the min as well to keep the vehicle from being too good.
