I hear you, fam. It’s definitely a grind but, it can be a lot easier if you focus on improving certain fundamentals when you play, for example you can work on crosshair placement and wait until you master that then move to movement, game sense etc. I found that trying to learn everything at once kept me perpetually stuck.
