I did from the Hot Streak and Playoffs because this season can basically be divided into 2 Parts. Also most Tigers fans would probably agree majority of the best plays from 2024 happen during the Hot Streak.

This must’ve taken a lot of hours to put together. Adding all the sounds clips of the Detroit media made this whole thing come together. Wish I could’ve gotten a couple clips from Scott Bentley from locked in Tigers and/or from Evan Petzold & Mark Gorosh from Roar of ‘84 podcast but all in all, amazing video. Had no plans of watching the whole thing, but then I couldn’t turn it off once I started.

Really great audio clip finding - between using away team broadcasts, that awesome 97.1 ice-cold-take, and all the right clips from Dickerson and Benetti. This is awesome, this season was absolutely unreal. The ebbs and flows of Tigers fandom have been the background to the eras of my life: Childhood - First game at Tiger Stadium, Bobby Higginson, Tony Clark, Jeremy Bonderman. listening to the Tigers avoid loss 120 while raking leaves with my dad Teenage years/young adulthood - Watching the Tigers return to relevance, enjoying watching deep playoff runs with my father, going to all the playoff games in 2013 after losing my father that year. 20s - Got sober, moved to SF (and have probably heard "Oh man, remember the 2012 World Series!" probably 100 times), and grew up. In other words - I thrived where the Tigers did not. But it's okay! 30s - Had the intensely emotional experience of watching this team, while simultaneously proposing to the love of my life, touring wedding venues (unfortunately one was during Game 1 of the ALCS), and took big steps in my career. I love this team, they are forever intertwined with my own personal story.

Awesome video, great work there. Including the radio calls. Thanks for including the other team's highlights as well, many videos tend to skip over them. What a fun last two months. So close to advancing to the ALCS. That bullpen was gassed however, didn't have the same stuff at the end of the Cleveland series. Excited for next season and beyond with Carps, Skubal, Colt Keith and Parker Meadows and some big time prospects still in the system.

I've seen this happen to other teams, such as Colorado's "Rocktober." But never the Tigers. It's always so much fun to see the rush to the end. It's completely different than 35-5 start. That was over and the rest of the season was still to play and 'will they hang on.' So enjoyable, telling my wife with disbelief after each day. However, I remember reading a Bill James article about teams that make a huge step. The next season they typically take a step back before, if the talent is there, they become consistently good.

I have watched the Tigers since 2004. Outside of 2006, nothing was as fun as these 6-8 weeks. No one even wanted to say anything when it started, we all saw it, saw the team play different and the Twins were losing and such but everyone I knew started to see it but wouldn't let themselves get their hopes up. Man... that was fun though, brought back that winning attitude Detroit needs.

As a Tigers fan since the 1960's, I have seen both the highs of winning it all, 1968 and 1984, and also seen the lows of multiple low expectations seasons. This team reminds me of the early 1980's teams that had to learn to walk before 1984. Hopefully, 2025 will see the Tigers advance further in the playoffs, which would be another step towards the World Series.

I'll remember this gritty kitty squad forever. First time reaching the DS in a over a decade (let alone postseason) and coming so close to the CS. So glad history will remember what we accomplished rather than how the twins and royals collapsed to give us the opportunity. Even when I couldn't watch the games, I was glued to the scores nightly and watched the rise.

I'm a baseball fan, and specifically, a Tigers fan because of my dad. I really wish he could've been here to watch this season with me.

This is the start to the return of the Detroit Tigers. We have been so low for years. And with how young our core is. This was the tigers1-6 to 9-8 moment.

I was like a lot of people in that I had pretty much given up on the Tigers season after seeing them struggle for .500 and falling back. But when they swept the Mariners who were in the hunt I believe, I start thinking they may make a run at this. And they started to. Early September a friend of mine came to town and we had always been Tigers fans, well, Detroit fans and we were going through the inventory of the teams and my friend and his brother were all like "Oh the Tigers wasted another season. I spoke up about how good they were doing teams they were beating, and how far they had come in just a couple weeks. Next thing you know they are in the playoffs freaking people out!! They made my fall. I didn't "expect" great things, but I hoped for it. I hope it makes the youngsters understand that wins in April May and June are as important as wins in July August and September! Go Tigers!!

Their first World Series in ‘35 was simply grand, I was 12 years old. They had Schoolboy Rowe, Roxie Lawson, Clyde Hatter just to name a few. I collected baseball cards and stamps too!

Just as important was the historical and hilarious implosion of the Minnesota Twins. I remember watching that 14 something inning game against the Marlins and the Marlins just doing miracle work to put em down.

I had so much confidence in this team, I predicted them to win the division and make the playoffs. Obviously they didn’t win the divison but they made the playoffs and I always believed. All year they played 1 run ballgames and lost every close game while all having injuries. When it all came together At the end of the year I almost cried

I have been a tiger fan since the early 70's. Im old enough to remember watching Mark "the bird" pitch his first game. Then later on in the year my parents let me stay up since it was a school night and watch him beat the evil empire (Yankees) the famous monday night game 2-1. I remember being in detroit in 1984 at a gas station watching the last 3 outs of Jack Morris no hitter. I had been driving listening to the game and pulled over and found the first TV I could find. It was on a 13 inch black and white...lol But it didnt matter. This is one of my favorite years ever. What a resiliant team. There were so many favorite moments this year. Its hard to pick 1. But beating the Astros was my favorite since I have to pick. When Carpenter hit that bomb off of Clase. I jumped out of my chair. I screamed at the top of my lungs, Yes! and began to weep tears of joy. The same reaction I had When Maggs hit his walk off to send us to the world series. Whats great is, I can relive those moments anytime I want by watching them again. It so easy to love this team. I am so excited about next year. Thank you boys for all the memories! Priceless!!!!
