As a Malayalee you should no its from the central Government made in Cochin Shipyard. Kochi metro rail limited and the state government have funded it together like all projects. The KfW Development Bank,German Funding Agency is investing EUR 85 million as long term soft loan and the Government of Kerala and KMRL will be contributing ₹102 crore (US$13 million). They only spend money for bjp states from the tax of south indian peoples tax . Then say hey look how bjp states are growing. next time vote for bjp. then your state will also grow. basically it's a strategy.

Why the lady taping eveyones card at the entry point, actually she just need to show the people where to tap. Otherwise people always depend on them and never learn new systems. Like whenever i go to fill up fuel at gas station they ask my ATM card 💳 to swipe or tap but i ask them to bring the machine to me and I'll tap myself. That's how it works. You don't need to take others cards. That's why new systems invented.
