@JeffFavignano you do not have to use the stop the ped menu anymore when searching people, asking for their id, traffic stops, and grabbing and moving the suspects into the police cars anymore. It is all implemented in the new 0.4 update.

I love how the AI can actually do normal things like traffic stops..also how in pursuits, they can PIT the vehicle without you doing it..LSPDFR 0.4 is the new god

Enable Tactics, turns on the other units to be smart instead of dumber. Enable Tactics, Lethal Force = Automatic, is why they stayed behind you and slowed and didn't ram you after you enabled it. He also did a cool pit. I believe Enable Tactics should always be on, or else they'll act normal. (i.e., ramming, and lead snatching). So ... Lethal Force = All out Aggressive and with Enable Tactics on... is your "GO GETTEM' Boys". Another great episode, can't wait to see the Computer+ usage maybe an upgrade? :)

The reason the robbery suspects aren't in a pursuit is you gotta hold B to report the pursuit and trigger it. Same for vehicle pursuits, etc. @Jeff Favignano

Yeah Jeff you gotta try LSPDFR 0.4 Without mods first so you can see what mods you NEED (and if you get that EUP thing that's featured right now it gives you, and all the AI the EUP uniforms, plus there already added incorrectly so sheriff will be sheriff and police will be police :)

I do not recall you mentioning anything about having to call/report crimes like suspects fleeing... by default you hold down b. That will advise that you are in pursuit and such.

If you set the tactics to 'enable' before attempting your own pit, it works a lot better :)

Are you sure about turning off tactics? From what I've noticed they behave better tactics on, just my personal experience. I like lspdfrs new animation for grabbing peds more than stop the ped, it also includes an option to close down roads now. Oh and you can frisk people without stop the ped too.

Jeff, i'm not sure if it works but I was reading on the forum for 0.4 that they implemented it so you could use a certain key or button to report crime as you see it like ambient things and such so maybe you have to do that for the robbery to call it out as a pursuit. I'm not too certain myself lol but I just read that that's one of the things in 0.4 is the ability to report things happening but yeah amazing video, i've been waiting for this and i'm so excited to see the next one! great job!

Yep, if you see anything weird (Not even in a callout) if you hold B you 'call it in' and a pursuit starts or an ambient callout starts, and I think its really cool how they added all the ambient events that you CAN call in and interact with :D

A nice job spinning and stopping the car yes But a good pit is one that you can drive out of without bringing yours to a stop and spinning out yourself. In case the suspect car doesn't spin. He would have easily lost the suspect because he spun himself out. So like I said. Good job spinning the other car. All together. Pretty shitty pit.

Occasionally the game will register a suspect as dead even though they were not. This sometimes happens when AI officers arrest the perp and then the perp is handed over to Stop the Ped.

You need to report a crime for LSPDFR to register the pursuit taking place. Same with other criminal activities. U do that by holding B key. There are also many other things changed so it would be nice if you’d just read through all of them on LSPDFR Wiki website.

If you want to UPDATE to .04 this is the easiest way. -Copy your existing game -move the lspdfr and plugins folder to the desktop. -Install lspdfr 04 MANUAL zip n drop it in. -launch game and it keeps your mods folder n trainers. (You can go through your plugins/lspdfr folders n grab what what u want to add)

I don't know about anyone else but it looks like some of the plugins are conflicting with LSPDFR 0.4. for example, usually when the AI arrest a suspect, they take them to their vehicle but there didn't do it during the first pursuit. Also you can request a transport through the LSPDFR backup menu, but the suspect must be on their knees in order to do that. Another note, frisking has been implmented into the LSPDFR system.

Yea that was weird how the cop was on a routine traffic stop. Haven't seen that before either. Overall Jeff, liked the video and thought you're foot pursuit was quite long which was nice to see. You were right, other times they've just fallen down and the chase is over before it started. Thought it was funny when you repeated what that guy said "Damn, I need a drink!" before your prisoner transport lol great video man love the graphics. Very entertaining.

Please don't use all these old plugins like Stop the Ped alot of the new vanilla stuff is pretty good, you should give it a try, you can frisk people now and drag them in Vanilla. Plus it's unstable right now so i'd hold of on it until it's updated (it's even been removed from LSPDFR Mods section)

The uniforms and after pursuit reports are kinda broken as of right now but the mod and build itself works flawlessly. I left a comment on the download page about this but I spawned 26 ground units and 11 air units all from mixed agencies and neither my LSDPFR nor my game crashed. I got 14 FPS but that's beside the point
