@Theo I think you can do a tournament where you, Matthew and your other friends do different events (race, drift, off road, and drag) and knock each person out that comes in last place for those events and have a final event (between the final two). That can be any event depending on who gained the most wins in the different events, eg you vs matthew but matthew won the most events so he chooses a drift event as the final. Each person in the tournament can only use two cars. What do you think ?

Y'all should do a horse and reverse horse type game but you can use the word drift since it has the same amount of letters (or whatever five letter word you prefer). With drift (basic horse) both start from basic cars and the loser get an upgrade. With reverse drift (still having the gain a letter effect like in horse) both start with fully upgraded cars and the winner loses an upgrade.
