Hi, May I know if any implementation libs support the bootstrapping operations of CKKS or not? If yes, where could I find it and its demos or examples.

I'm confused about bootstrapping; if the server can encrypt the value of X with it's own key. And then decrypt the value of X when it's in Y; aren't both the decryption keys present on the server then? Because that would defeat any confidentiality goals. Or is bootstrapping done client-side?

The bootstrapping key is a public key, so the server doesnt need to decrypt anything or have the private keys
