Couple things: -Joe, make an instrumental for the show, play during intro and master your intro. - get a table for your alcohol/drinks - make sure to have a timestamp for edits or pen and pad - keep a laptop nearby for use in show notes/quick google/etc -sure you guys have a whiteboard, but discuss topics before on air -a brunch before the ball could be nice keep it up homie.
