The struggle is real, the chains of addiction are so strong The reality of the addiction is, it provides cheap dopamine , one that forces the man to lose sight of the bigger picture. To quote JP , Jordan Peterson," no one really quits anything , one just replaces it with a purpose " . That's why its important to have the correct mentors , to help us realise our purpose. Self improvement is paramount for us. Lets look deeper and face our realities and grow together. Keep up the good work guys✊️

Accurate information. We should all make it our purpose to improve ourselves and in doing so we find our actual purpose. As JCOLE said it; "life is full of pain. There are many ways of dealing with this pain. Choose wisely!!" . Insightful work Lads.

This conversation really helped me open up to myself, keep going. Yet to watch all episodes till episode 9 but I'd highly appreciate it if you submit one video and expand more on the talk of young men growing up without a male role model.
