Please understand that my intent is to encourage recently arrived young HongKongers to make an effort and attempt to speak better English in order to assimilate into Canada's mainstream. The word "grocery" is correctly pronounced as "grow-cery" and not "graw-cery". Moss Park is pronounced Moss Park and not Mows Park. Might as well get these pronunciations right early on rather than perpetuating the mis-pronunciation.

喺美國都有類似嘅嘢，係政府係咁派，但係啲人就變到貪得無厭，係咁攞，唔需要嘅又攞，仲攞去賣添😮 好似仲新鮮過我喺超級市場見到嗰啲，有時喺超級市場唔想買，但係喺韓國人嘅超級市場睇到嘅，就好似一樣咁新鮮。

Why dont the young HK PRs join the Canadian Military service? There are thousands of job varieties in the military. Dont have to be a boot on the ground. Cyber sevurity, Engineering, Personnel, Accounting & Finance, Chef, Baker..... Decent salary and good benefit

all the government jobs has good salary package. But to join the force, the applicant has to be a Canadian citizen, you need to pass the physical test and basic training. You are not able to chose where to post. Also you have to prepare to deplore for ( war) during your serve term/career. their first role are solders. Are the applicants ready for these?

@@dovemc6452 First of all, Minister of National Defense announced on 2022 Dec05 PRs are eligible to join Canadian Military Service. Secondly applicants can choose type of post they prefer although their request may be refused. Yes, they cannot select place of deployment. In todays world some of them may never be sent to war zones (eg if they work for accounting, budgeting, human resources)
