Depends on the album. This is one is neither. I'd just call this hard rock, with a tinge of metal. Ha.

i would say; this is the one Kiss's Album thats Metal or Hard Rock … but genre-definitions depends on time in history … so what?!😉 On the other hand; not every other Kiss's Album is Glam Rock. Who knows exactly?!🙃But this here is the heavy'est Album from Kiss and my Favorit, since then! 💫🤘😎💥yiiieehaaa
