@jrcolacola5 ай бұрын
@lilsumnsumn374 nah, the fact that her mind even thought about divorce is crazy. Even her bestfriends said she was crazy. I bet dude wasn't thinking about divorce, he was thinking his kids being at home safe with mom instead of with strangers and taking care of his family. She didn't have to add that part in her message and I think she would have gotten a more positive feedback. She's either thinking of divorcing him or she thinks he's going to divorce her. Which got me thinking they might have some relationship problems. Because no one thinks of divorce if the relationship is fine and happy.
@lilsumnsumn3745 ай бұрын
@@jrcolacola oh please, don’t give me that bs cop out argument. people think about divorce even before they’re married and immediately after, thats why prenups are a thing. And he’s free to think whatever he wants, so are you, fact of the matter is though people always need a way out. you never know what might happen, big or small and he’s asking her to put herself at a future disadvantage if something is to happen.🤷♀️ Also if we’re making assumptions, then am i allowed to wonder why, if her husband is seemingly concerned w ‘taking care of his family’, it has to be HER that quits her job and not him, so they can be ‘safe at home with dad’?

1:57:21 historically women have been left with nothing in divorces with men that have larg assets. Also, raising 3 kids and trying to work remotely is going to cause extra stress on her. You have to have somewhere quiet to work, kids are not quiet. She is also being taken out of being in a community of her peers to be around children all day. Ya, they are hers, but the husband gets a break everyday at work. I think she just wanted to know all the work she has put in won't amount to nothing, if she were to end up on her own, because no one can tell the future.
@rahmiraamani55935 ай бұрын
I agree with you. I also think they are speaking from a male perspective. It's harder to understand what a woman goes through to raise children and be with them 24/7. Being a "housewife" or stay at home mom is not just chillin at home with the kids. Her wanting to have something for herself and trying to make sure shes financially stable no matter what the outcome is understandable 🤷🏽♀️

I was hunting for a comment like this cause. They sound so ignannntt. Like For a AGES women have been such a disadvantage in marriages. Ontop of the stress of being pregnant and have kids. You cannot trust ANY MAN or any human , idealy u hope and wish, but u never know. Securing a safe deposit shouldnt be an issue. If he loves her enough thats compensation , and insurance for the what if. Even if he dies, God forbid, like come on now.

Its not a good reason, its saying you didnt make him sign a prenup but you dont trust him...or you dont trust yourself. She said nothing about if something were to happen, or for insurance..no she said if they divorce. What!!? 6yrs in...yeah she plotting.
