I don't know if it's my connection's fault or my phones or KZbin lowering down the sound quality but I can notice like a flanged effect especially on high frequencies even in 1080. I wander if enybody else report this problem. Enyway awesome mix as always🖤

@@KushSessions @KushSessions I doubt it has anything to do with your work tho. I'm just reporting my issue. I have listened every one of your mixes and I never had such a problem. Seems like the video quality is set to 2160 like in mix #271 but the audio is set to 360 lol. I'm thinking about a connection issue but if I play the mix say at home and at work 6 hours later is still the same and the bad quality happen in the same spots so I don't know. One thing for sure, it doesn't stop me from enjoying you mixes.

Very technical explanation of what's happening: Flange effects are the result of certain frequencies being cut as a result of wave cancelation when two audio signals are played over eachother. This is because the waveform images you see in visualizers are the physical positions of the cones of your speakers, with the top part representing the furthest it goes out, and the bottom being the furthest it goes in. So if you try to play one pure note (sine wave) on top of another without aligning the wavelengths, it'll actually subtract the the position of the cones from eachother and reduce the volume instead of getting louder as a result, and if you can get them perfectly inverted so one wave is trying to make the cone go to its highest point and the other is trying to make it go to its lowest point at the same instant, it literally won't make any sound at all because the cone can't go up and down at the same time. This then has an effect in the physical world because all of those pulses in the cone are pulses of air being pushed around at frequencies, and just like with the cone, if two pulses are going at the same time at inverted heights, it doesn't make any sound because it's no longer a series of pulses of air, it's just a constant pressure. There's actually been research done for noise cancellation headphones to recreate this effect. This brings me to your problem. What a flanger does is play a second track on top of the dry signal and change the speed of the second track by milliseconds to intentionally cause wave cancelation at certain frequencies. It's effectively causing an echo within the hardware and producing it as an effect - the same kind of echo that happens when sound is reflected off flat, hard surfaces, like the walls of modern housing. And finally, why it's only a problem in high definition - a consequence of digital audio compression is that it basically clips the highs and lows of audio. This is even more technical, but you're basically not getting that rumbling bass or piercing treble in low quality sound because they aren't there. Which means they can't get messed up by wave cancellation. Which means you won't hear the flange effect. Tldr It's probably caused by the room you're in, and if it's not, it's almost definitely your speakers.
