😢Barry and Andy were very close and were very much alike. It broke Barry's heart when Andy passed. 😢😢😢 Then he lost Mo and was so devastated he didn't want to sing anymore. When he lost Robin his poor heart was just completely shattered. He was a lost soul without his beloved brothers. I can't even begin to imagine the depths of Barry's pain. May God bless him always. 😢😢😢

*Barry Gibb* The best big caring Brother for his younger Siblings & their Family. He did not have a normal tween teen life, what worries he carried on his shoulders. I applaud all the good fortune that came into all their lives. They worked hard to gain the success & Triumph. *Barry/Mo* did have a big heart 4 their Baby Brother. I’ve been watching a lot of Barry Gibb and vintage interviews of The Bee Gees between 1988 and 2002. When they talk about losing Andy of course it was painful for them but the more recent interviews I realize it hit Barry even worse than I originally assumed. He often said Andy was the brother who vibed with and understood him the best. He always showed such appreciation and pride in his little brother. And Andy looked so much like Barry too. I feel even more for him. I don’t know how he soldiers on so well being the eldest and losing his three brothers. Even with Linda and his childrens support I give him so much credit.

Here my impressions: 1. Barry has got to be the most handsome, attractive singer of all time. His body, hair and and carriage and style are incredible here. 2. He gives, full, honest, intelligent and humble answers. 3. Every word he sings is with his heart, soul and then some, which affects the listener very deeply too. 4. If you fell in love with Barry, who else can compare?

Sólo tres años de diferencia....a cierta altura de su vida no es diferencia. Y creo que los limitó en POS de su ego...LOS TWINS tenían voz y talento ENORMES Y NECESARIOS PARA ÉL... Pero él ni los dejaba hablar en las entrevistas. El mismo declaró, TARDE, DEMASIADO TARDE " TENDRIA QUE HABER "DEJADO" QUE ROBIN CANTARA MAS CANCIONES" 😳😳😳😳 El extendió el falsetto hasta la saturación ...hubo canciones que hubieran sido más lindas por su voz de pecho o por ROBIN O MAURICE. No estoy de acuerdo. Sí con Andy, pero todos se ocuparon de Andy . Barry tuvo una esposa muy inteligente, que le impidió ser cocainómano. Lo dijo él. Robin y Mo tuvieron otras situaciones personales, Molly no acompañó a Robin y le hizo la vida imposible. Linda no dejaba ni a sol ni a sombra a Barry...siempre a su lado y con 5 niños... Si te casas con un incipiente SuperStar como Robin y no lo acompañas, ( qué tenía que hacer!??) no te quejes si se acostó en meses de gira con otras. Aparte ella hizo lo propio con su abogado y le prohibió los hijos. Y no estaba paranoico ..querían desplumar lo y destruirlo. Barry también tuvo aventuras, Barry dependió de LINDA para mantenerse en la cima, por más talento y belleza que tuviera. Hoy llora...tarde para lágrimas... siente culpa, lo reconoce .. Maurice ayudaba a todos en sus trabajos solitarios, SIEMPRE LO NECESITABAN .A PESAR DE SU ADICCIÓN, EN EL ESCENARIO SE RECUPERABA, SOBRIOY ATENTO, SE RECONECTABA... LOS TRES FUERON LA FORMULA DEL EXITO.... CUANDO CANTA BARRY PERO LLEGAN LOS COROS O PARTICIPACIONES DE LOS TWINS, LA CANCIÓN SE VUELVE GLORIOSA. AMO A LOS BEE GEES PERO BAJEN DEL PEDESTAL A BARRY....TODOS FUERON IMPORTANTES, INCREIBLES, INDISPENSABLES....😁❤️

Andy speaking at 5:05 about him having moved back to Florida to be near his brothers and to work on his new album which he hoped to have released in February or March. Of course he died on March 10th of 1988. Very haunting to me, knowing now, how the future would unfold for him. Rip Andy.

Just read a book about the brothers. In the book they talked about Andy’s last album. He was in no shape to record so that album is 90% Barry. Barry is either singing over Andy’s over or in some cases imitating Andy which he could do very well. He was making sure Andy would not lose his recording contract. No doubt he loved his family!

Barry was extremely bonded to Andy, and I'm sure he was putting his ALL into trying to get his baby brother, Andy, back on track! It seems to me that Andy's unexpected death hit Barry the hardest of all. I truly feel that Barry felt guilt in not being able to 'Save' Andy? He shouldn't though, as no one could have saved Andy, ..except Andy. But with the years of cocaine abuse and with contracting that virus, I'm not sure how long he would have survived even if he had managed to finally toss the drugs and alcohol away for good? Their mom, Barbara, stated that in the end it Was the drugs that killed Andy. That it had just taken 10 years to do it.💔 It seems that irreparable damage had already been done to poor Andy's heart? It's truly just so damn SAD. 😟
