Here is when Jason and Sam became unbreakable, undeniable and inevitable no matter whatever the circumstances maybe. Meaning that they would always going to end up together. At this point, they both realized they were willing to risk anything and everything for one another. Jason stood up to Sonny. Although he did that before with Courtney this time was different because he did it while one of Sonny's kids was missing and he was helping the main suspect. So, Jason went against a direct order from Sonny. Furthermore, Jason decided to allow Sam to work with him to find out the truth about the kidnapping. Something he would have never allowed anyone else to do. That is how much Jason trusted Sam. He knew she was a great backup for him. Also, it showed that Jason liked working with Sam and sharing everything with her. Then Sam risked her life, freedom and her own safety to help Jason by bringing his mom to help him with the gun shot wound. Nevermind, the fact that throughout this whole situation she proved to Jason that she is extremely capable, reliable, resourceful, trustworthy, strong, fierce, a quick thinker and can handle her own in a gun fight. She was most definitely an asset to Jason, especially for the kind of life he leads. It was clear from that moment on that Jason had found in Sam his perfect match. He found his Bonnie to his Clyde. But most importantly, Jason found in Sam unconditional love, understanding, support and acceptance without any kind of judgement. Something he never experienced in his life before Sam. She is his "Ride or Die" girl 'till the end!! Blessed be!!!

I was thinking of a trivia question about : How many times was Jason Shot ( Over ALL, even past this S/L)? 1. When he was dancing with Robin at Uncle Mac's house, Jason got shot in the lower right abdomen. 2. When he got ambushed in 1999 and Sonny and Carly were having sex, Jason got shot in the right side in the rib cage. (Liz finds him) 3. Here when he helps Sam escape from the Feds at Sonny's house, he gets shot in the lower right abdomen. (Monica bandages him) 4. When he and Sam and Spinelli were being chased in the warehouse, Jason got shot in the Right Leg. (Liz finds him at the church) 5. When Manny has Sam tie Jason in a chair and Manny shoots him in the Leg. (Sam uses her blouse as a tourniquet to stop the bleeding) 6. When he finds Sam that had been kidnapped by Manny in the basement of the Hospital, Jason was shot in the Right Shoulder. (Patrick saved him in surgery.) 7. When he and Sam went to Mexico to find Micheal and Kristina, Jason was shot in the Left shoulder and Left leg. (Sam nursed him back to health) 8. When there is a poison in the Hospital air supply and a crazy guy grabs Jason and he tells Sam to shoot the crazy guy, but Jason moved instead and Sam shot him in the Left arm. (It was a flesh wound and Epiphany bandages him up.) ..... That's all I can think of... for wounding Jason, otherwise: 9. When Jason and Sam went to find Jake when he was kidnapped by the Russians, but Jason was wearing a bullet proof vest.

I'm impressed with Monica's Dr Quinn: Medicine Woman skills, coming out to an abandoned house to sew Jason up in the middle of the night and then coming back the next day. I'm assuming that drop of blood they zeroed in on, on her shirt cuff, has some significance later in the show?

I hated Reese! She shot Jason for no reason. How could Sonny, Jason's best friend, still be with Reese after she shot Jason? And Reese always talks down to Jason. I hated her character.
