Feelings of good memories of healing times; good to hear them songs while afar from the nation; home of the braves.

Hello, My name is Audry Brady. I am an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation. I am not sure how it is you acquired these recordings of our scared songs, but I would appreciate and urge you to take them down immediately. These songs are not meant to be recorded for other to hear outside of scared events and only to be used during scared ceremonies. I will be reporting this to the Navajo Nation Medicine Men Association and to the Native American Right fund for further legal action if they are not taken down.

I am also an enrolled member and although I understand that its against our religion but if you haven't noticed our culture is being forgotten. Many dine dont speak or even understand our own language. I grew up in whitehorse lake and I'm very much fluent in navajo. Besides this going against our religion so are many other things that our people are doing. Like doing the yei be cheii without no snow on the ground. If this is a way that some of our youth learn and keep it going I so very much encourage it. I grew up with my grandma singing these songs to us as we sat around her on her skirt singing to us as she feed us. Not so many know these songs n I encourage they learn. Excuse my picture but I'm a 36 year old female that was raised on the navajo nation right next to my grandparents who have passed on. I myself appreciate and also my mom the songs that have been posted here.

And my grandma singing them to us as children was not done during a sacred ceremony. It was to help guide as and protect us
