I remember listening to their music on KZbin when I was a teenager. I didn't have CDs, but I wanted them. I went to Best Buy to buy a Linkin Park CD. Hybrid Theory and Meteora were in stock. I only had money to buy one. I chose Meteora. I never forget.

My first CD was Hybrid Theory. It’s was my first immersion into an entire album and my appreciation for music blossomed from that moment forward. It was Y2K and I was ten.

Don Gilmore all like "That bass is too much!" and that's how you get two albums that sound like a bassist isn't as important as a bass tone

I remember buying the Meteora CD after hearing "Breaking the Habit" on MTV back in the early 2000s. The best decision I ever made, and it made me go back to Hybrid Theory which I also loved. Session and Cure for the Itch. I swear those two instrumental tracks had me holding the rewind button on the CD player hundreds of times. I was like wow!! I'm glad I got to experience this wonderful band, despite getting clowned on in high school during the time because I was a black kid listening to this type of music. I didn't give a damn!!

I'll never forget first hearing you guys, 9 years old, 4th Grade, Meteora had been out for a little bit, and Numb was EVERYWHERE. But when I first heard Lying From You, my fucking life changed. My whole trajectory in life was different. And it lead to some great things! Live In Texas, I watched at 10 years old, and made me realize I needed to be playing music on stage. I did that. All because of that concert. Thank you. Sorry for downloading your demos and unreleased material. But you couldn't buy it anywhere but ebay. Literally bought everything else though. Peddled my ASS off for the street team (at 12-13 years old) stapling posters and handing out whatever was sent to me, all so people could see my favorite band, who I'd never get to see. Projekt Rev '07 and that fucking Rock On The Range, two concerts I still get upset about missing. And there's nothing that will fix that. So I beg you, gather up everything we haven't heard or seen, and have a big LP Extravaganza. That's what people like me NEED. Do your M2M 20th, but after that, go out with a blow out. It'd be massive. Also, can we please get an uncensored Live In Texas? Or at least both Dallas shows in their entirety? Wanted to hear those since I was a kid. I love you guys, SO MUCH
