sir aapka aura bahut bright hai and can see/experience strong positive vibes. Maine bhi recently zenyoga book purchase kiya after watching Ashish sir. My wife is following the zenyoga basic course on deep knowledge as she is not that good in english. Whereas Iam reading the book kyunki kabhi kabhi video dekhneka fursad nahi milta. Pls do kep posting videos, I think everyone should learn this spritual art through zenyoga book or through such videos. thanks

I am exploring it and can see that both Zen yoga and 4th way resonate and will compliment each other. I think you would be perfect to teach as you seem to have a god gifted ability to explain and teach. Since there is not much on 4th way teaching available you would contribute a lot towards evolution of lots of spiritual aspirants. Can only hope you would give it a considiration🙏🙏

It is about the alignment of chakras with the subtle body.. if you draw a semicircle from the base of the spine till the crown of your head from behind the body.. this is how the chakras are aligned.. I will explain it when I will come to this chapter..

For example, the pharse "spinal base" made me confused.Please tell me, what is joined with what?... With spinal cord to the head? Or with the chakras to the head? And another question is, -are the chakras also make halfmoon shape?The spinal cord has two halfmoon curve, but here is told only about one. I'm not familiar with thease kind of sentence.So, my humble request to you, when you come to this portion ( particularly this line) please tell the meaning of every words! Thank you!
