3:39 Was that just a parking garage before the Epicenter? I'm having a hard time remembering. I was a month away from 4 when this video was taken.

It skipped right over where I was waited to see the Family Dollar store where Hooter's is today and the old Korean Store hangout we use to post up at beside it. Wow this is still a great video and it's bitter sweet because the city is no longer great in spirit! It feels like everything else now...fake and false illusions

Pac died in Sep. 1996. Biggie died on Mar 3 1997. So it's a 1 year and a day before Biggies death.

What was charlotte like back then vs today?
@bryanmiller83942 жыл бұрын
It's pure hell today, traffic always stopped, people driving well over 100mph. Lots of people moved here making the charlottians move.
@tarheelpro872 жыл бұрын
@@bryanmiller8394 Yeah I went here and got a hotel room August 2021 and once I got there I woke up to my mom spewing out pure rage that traffic was completely stopped. However turns out it wasn’t the traffic, apparently there must’ve been roadwork or a accident.

Charlotte was so much more peaceful back in 96.

It was the original Charlotte. Had your decent and good areas and then had your rough areas that you wouldn't go to if you didn't know anybody in those areas. Had great and real restaurants with great food. That was a fun year,95",94,93 etc before and after. Now it's bs with the silly newcomers etc
