I started watching GH around this time. This was the scene I saw that struck me and made me chase down every single episode they were in. So well acted. You can see their love and pain. I knew they were going to get back together after this. They became my couple.

Robin is justified to act like that towards Patrick. I also hate the fact that he had sex with Leyla...then Lisa...now Sabrina. With Sabrina it wasn't that bad because Patrick thought Robin was dead but when Robin came back and he needed time to think? I hated that!

Robin was being a bitch! Patrick was talking about at the moment, yeah matbe he didnt want a baby, but the moment she got pregnant he had a right and she was obligation to tell him. Ribin was always telling Patrick what HE thinks and what HE wants, like people cant grow or change their minds!! Hell when I was younger I didnt want kids either, and vowed to never have them but here I am a mother of two with 2 grandkids now! Love my life!!

Patrick did have a right to know she was carrying his child but i get Robin point he didn't won't to have a child and he started flirting with Leyla before they broke up so Robin was left in a place where she couldn't trust him or the love he said he had for her remember Robin has a fear of being left behind.

Yes ! it’s the whole reason why they broke up because she pictured having kids with him and he couldn’t see her as the mother of his child because he doesn’t want them and she doesn’t want to be an obligation and she doesn’t want to use her child as a tool to get a man unlike some of the women on GH

But u knw sometimes the emotional nd sad ones are just sooo flawless... that nothing can take it place.... nd specially it depends on actors acting... Soo.. offcourse.. This was one of the hardest scenes to watch because I felt so bad for Patrick. I understood Robin emotion but you really need to take a step back and understand that Patrick now knows he’s going to be a father, he’s also in love with her still.m so she does need to give him a chance, this is not a sperm donor, this is not an anonymous sperm donor that got her pregnant...I understand why so many people think that Robin is so judge mental and self-righteous because in this scene she is...They truly are an amazing couple to watch, whether they’re being loving to each other or they’re arguing they do it with such conviction.

Robin was super self righteous in this scene. Patrick has every right to know he’s the father. He’s not some random, regardless of what she thought his feelings about fatherhood were, he’s still the father. AJ was a drunk mess and she took it upon herself to disclose Michael’s paternity. Soooo table turned, Patrick had every right to know! I ❤️ Scrubs!

Actually, Carly took advantage of the situation and poured alcohol down him, and later after AJ was clean, Sonny strung AJ up on a meat hook to sign away his rights. Yes, I do think Patrick had a right to know, but for months, even b/4 Robin was pregnant at every turn Patrick was adamant about not wanting kids, so while I disagree w/her reasoning, I do understand why she did it.

I don't necessarily think Robin was being mean, but basically saying he was just a sperm donor did take it a bit too far. Patrick moved on too quickly and that hurt her, but it was his way of dealing with the loss of their relationship. They loved and still love each other. Even if the baby was conceived after they broke up he is more of a father than just a sperm donor. Even if he had decided not to take a role in raising Emma like Robin thought she wanted at this time he would have still been more than a sperm donor because it wasn't a one night stand even if it happened after they broke up, they both cared to much for each other to say that Emma wasn't conceived in love. I understand her fear and that she is reacting and not really thinking but that just seemed to take it a little far, but I understand she is just doing the best she can in the situation. But the people who think Patrick was selfish during this time, I don't understand. He was always truthful with Robin when saying he didn't want a kid and he deserves time to adjust to the idea that he is now a father whether he wanted to be one or not. His not wanting a kid wasn't really about being selfish, it was fear of being like his dad. Also, if he was really truly selfish he never would have called Robin out on being the father. He would have denied it and let her raise Emma all on her own. I love both Robin and Patrick and love KMC and JT. They have always been a great couple. I will admit I am a bigger Patrick fan, but that is just personal taste. How they are together is what made them a great couple whether you like them individually or not.

They both handled the situation poorly. She should've told him as soon as she found out, and let him decide what he wanted to do. He should've taken more time to think about whether or not he wanted children instead of dismissing her and then moving onto the next person. He also behaved poorly when she was asking other men to be the donor. If he didn't want to be the father, he couldn't be upset that someone else might.

Watching these back knowing what I do now about Jason Thompson as a person, this must of been so hard for him to cry at the sound of hearing hes a father (as his character) because Jason is so deeply in love with children he would probably jump for joy if this were the case in his real life (obviously hoping that if this was his real life the baby was conceived during a relationship) but I digress.. This must of been hard.

I so remember a fan event they did back in 2008 where JT was saying that he hoped they would make Patrick the father of Robin's baby and KMc was talking about how much JT wanted children. In reality now both have children 3 months apart---only difference KMc lost her daughter before she was born.

Imagine if robin got an anonymous donor when she had ppd. She would have been in trouble. The acting is top notch here. Jt deserved an emmy. Also robin has no right to say Patrick cant be part of it. When the babys born he can get a court ordered paternity test & visitation or joint custody. So there was no reason for robin to say he could or coundnt be part of the babys life.

Originally the writers wanted Robin in the Jake storyline with Jason but JT and KMcC didn’t want to go that way. Esp Kimberly who is very protective of the HIV storyline. She didn’t like Robin having a one night stand w Jason just to get back at Patrick with Robin having HIV.Thankfully because I would have hated Robin keeping a secret like that. At least this only lasted a short time. The writers wanted a years long arch for the Jake storyline.

this is one of my favorite Scrubs scenes.... great acting by kim and jason. to be frank, i think kimberly is one of the finest actors ever and possibly better at her craft than jason. however, he really shines in scenes with her. he does what every actor should and listens deeply and reacts. because kim is such a great actress that makes his reactions very authentic. both are great criers, too LOL. but jason is not as great in scenes with other actors, but kim is equally great with all!

But robin pissed me off with her I dont have to let u be part of this honey all he has to do is take u to family court pay his support and gets 50 50.custody esp in ny. Also hes right he had just found out she was lying for months which is ironic when she told aj the truth even though carly and aj had blackout drunken sex that was a one nighter while scrubs had a committed relationship and were in love . Natalie Panaro Stack not remotely the same. Carly literally got AJ drunk and ruined his life to keep her secret. All Robin wanted was for Patrick to keep enjoying the single child free life he told her he wanted. Even in this scene he's still not excited about being a father and that hurts her so she's lashing out. It just has nothing to do with the way Carly treated AJ like trash imo. Robin is not even showing yet so Patrick hasn't missed anything.
