Good video its always nice to see a tear down and rebuild of a motor! That crank has me worried I wonder if it went bad due to oil starvation? I would take top valve cover off with it running and make sure oil pump is pushing oil thru in a good steady stream... 😎

So what was the atv doing before you replaced that I have a Kawasaki prairie 360 4x4 and when I try to give it over 1/4 throttle it starts sputtering and popping some have said motor but idk I just replaced carb

You need the right tools to do the job correctly you don't take a hammer and beat nothing with a hammer a hammer is made to drive a nail not beat at crankshaft or a harmonic balancer or anything like that or cuz typical clutch just saying LOL
