Hi there. I seem to be having some issue with the take-off command. I'm connecting to QGC via Pymavlink but also using Gazebo. The drone just arms for a few seconds and disarms again. It won't take off. Any advice/suggestions?

You may in "Stabilize" mode. Please chenge your QGC mode to "Guided" mode by manual and running again your takeoff.py .
