is mumbai or pune your hometown? if so, do you have your home here? if not, and youre from maharastrah, you can work in these cities for sometime depends on your age but eventually you should get a remote job that might not give you a huge hike but the peace will be worth it, im from gujrat, a small tier 4 town and currently working in mumbai as an automation qa engineer and my goal was to get into one of the maang companies as an sdet but then i eventually realized the juice is not worth the sqeeze and finally i decided to get a remote job before the mid 2025 and move to my hometown or at least one of the good cities of gujrat

You are talking about freelancing. People already know about this but it is very very hard to do get projects for freelancing as comparison to getting job. This solution is completely impractical for a normal youth.

Somewhere, this idea that you have to aim for a seat is getting really out of date. I have nothing against employment, as i myself am wanting one, but in the process, multiple fantasies and lies have built up an ocean of nonsense. What's practical isnt some majority by vote decision, is it? It isnt easy, but how is writing 12 entrance exams aside from cet, doing some engineering and working for long hours in someone else's office for everyday for the rest of your life a better, easier solution? Its just easier in terms of efforts that you dont have to put to run an office, by that view, being a business owner is only easier compared to working 8 am to 10 pm everyday in the pretense that everything will be alright tomorrow, no? Ofc, neither is wrong, or worse, or incorrect, or idealistic, or to be looked down upon. Its ideal to be a business owner, but where do we see what business owners do? We only see what other employees at our level do, or in case of slackers, what they dont do.

@@rajkumar-to3cp what did you have trouble with? Okay well, i'll try - simply put: 1. Job is practical, but how does that mean business/freelancing is impractical? Both are in practice, so both are practical. If one was impractical, nobody would do it, no? 2. Business isnt easy, but why are we saying that working rest of your life in a country where people usually have no time sense is easier? Bosses dont care about work timings, clients think its okay to call whenever they want, CEOs who can just get their home run by everyone else think that employees should also do nothing else but work. No side is easier, what is hard is also a personal thing, no? Isnt it looking down on job to say that job is easy? 3. Well you said that you understood the last part, so i think i dont need to simplify it. I hope I did a good job simplifying what i said.

Amit Sir, recently Pranjal Kamra had released a videos mentioned money traps which includes purchasing a flat. I agree with his point but I want some clarity on this because you can bring a different perspective of looking at it. I already have watched your video on plot vs flat but need more detailed explanation.

This is the dilemma. As guruji says you should have everything. Buy flat which is in your budget in good city and you can hedge it if you have not decided yet where to live. Investment is not lumpsum it should be continuous. Further think like this you are getting home loan which is gonna devalue d by 6-7% in the first year itself which means in first year itself your home value is increased atleast by 15%. So keep investing slowly and buy a home first. I did the same.
