If Emails still not sending out from sandbox, you may do following.. --------- By default, email deliverability is set to 'System email only' in newly refreshed sandboxes: To confirm or turn on 'All Email' in Sandbox Delivery Settings 1. Classic: Click Setup | Email Administration | Deliverability Lightning: Click the Gear icon then Setup | Email | Deliverability 2. Set the 'Access to Send Email' to All email 3. Save

May i do this using work flow? If the Parent Opportunity has any open child opportunities , this parent opportunity should never be moved to "close" and should stay active? Please anyone can help me

Workflow rules are retired now so do this using flow now.

Hi But when we create email alert through workflow..it will not update activity.what we can do to update activity?

New option is not showing in Workflow Rules. Please Help

I think it is deprecated now so may be it is not available. Use flows in place of workflow rules.
