Hi Guys, Thanks for taking the time to make the review. I am the inventor of this laundry system and its great seeing the process you went through from unpacking to install to using the products. I appreciate the honest and real life approach to reviewing the product. The pasta sauce in the microwave was an amazing test. Thanks again!

Can you point me to the research that shows the safety of this? Everything I’ve been taught is that it’s unhealthy for humans and animals to inhale or be present in a room with it . I just want to buy it but I have small kids I must protect their organs. I served in the Corps and they ruined my health inside out so now I’m preventing that for them

The toxic inhalation are the air ozone generators due to long exposure and much higher amounts of ozone. You should never be in the room while it’s in use and wait at least 20-30 mins after it’s completed it’s cycle and leave the doors opens to ventilate. That’s not the same as the laundry, spray, or bubbler technology as it’s done in water. Aqueous ozone is the same process as lightning in a thunderstorm because of the electrical charge converting the atom molecules to o3. This technology has dated back to at least the 1950s and is used in water sanitation and commercial use to wash clothing/linens. You can drink and bathe in ozonated water. It’s by far way safer than any household cleaner on the market. Now, those are extremely toxic to inhale or become in contact with.

Did you use any detergent (soap) or softener during you washer test, staring at 8:05? I see if foamed up like soap was added.
@KerriMightKnow
@KerriMightKnow 2 жыл бұрын
No, we didn’t add any detergent to the load. I’m thinking that must have been soap scum? I don’t know because my husband wiped down the washer before we used it with the new system but we saw bubbles. I will do a load today and see if it bubbles up again. I thought it might be something the ozone water does but I’ll double check.
@KerriMightKnow

Update! So I watched it today and there were no bubbles like that so I’m guessing it was soap scum from the previous washes. Hope that helps!

I used to because I didn’t feel like it could be possible without it, lol. But now I don’t use detergent at all. If it’s very heavily stained I will spray it with a strain remover and put it in by itself but I don’t use detergent at all :) Hope that helps!

I just got it and Im trying it out on my white shirt that has a tomato sauce stain. It got the stain out pretty good, not completely all the way but, not bad. Did it get better at getting the armpit smell out of your husbands shirt?
@KerriMightKnow
@KerriMightKnow 2 жыл бұрын
Hello! For stains I sometimes use a spot remover and that always seems to do the trick. For whites I still use bleach at times but I noticed I only have to use a very little amount. Now I try to wash my husbands work clothes together and I haven’t noticed and residual smells around the arm pits! It’s been months too and they have been coming out crispy clean without any laundry detergent. I haven’t bought laundry detergent in months actually!

I've read that ozone destroys plastic. Also it seems that there may be no modern washing machine that has that entire enclosure in stainless steel. It's said that EDPM rubber is the most resistant to ozone, so the sealant may be safe.

@KerriMightKnow 2 жыл бұрын
Hey Molly! So only the cold is hooked up to the 03 waterworks system so the hot would just enter the washer without running through the system because the 03 waterworks works only with the cold so the instructions had us hook up the system to the cold only. Hope that helps! 🤗

We had the same problem, did not see water moving through the window. The wife emailed them, and after doing a suggested test of the flow, the company called us back and explained to us that new washers use less water and our machine is a front loader. With that being said, they are sending us a new low flo waterworks machine. Who knew, that top load and front load have different flow rates. The new machine will be here Saturday.

I have 3 ozone machines in my house and use them for sanitizing bedrooms and know that to make ozone water and to keep it stable, you have to use cold water. I’ve made my own ozonated drinking water and keep it in the refrigerator. However with that being said, the human body sheds over 2 lbs of toxic waste each day onto our clothes and furniture. As humans we use a lot of perfumed and oily body products that end up in our clothes. The only way to get rid of this oily residue is with hot water and soap at least to my knowledge.. Have you ever tried to clean a buttered knife or get rid of grease in a pan with cold water? It is almost impossible. My concern therefore, is that this toxic waste in our clothes may not be removed using cold water in the washing machine. As well, germs are washed away from ones hands by simply using soap and water. So, how does ozone get rid of this toxic waste in clothes? It’s not something you can readily see with the naked eye. Appreciate hearing how ozone gets rid of this. Ozone is pure oxygen and kills germs, but how does it eliminate the oils combined with toxic waste from clothes? Thanks for sharing! Always interested in learning and if this really gets rid of this problem, I’ll buy one.
@milleniumfalcon9677
@milleniumfalcon9677 10 ай бұрын
Definitely should read how ozone works and how it kills germ. Ozone is highly reactive *chemically*, so it kills germs by binding with their bodies and ripping them apart on molecular level. As for fats, I think you may be right, but it's possible that it has same effect as a soap due to that highly reactive nature of his.
