Many thanks for sharing your experience, I'm truly grateful for it and it has helped me to understand the process better. I'm in the fifth month of practice, listening to your story has resonated so much with my own experience. Glad to hear how you carried on after the tough start, the anecdote about no cushion, then cushion, then more until having a separate building for it. Overall, what you have said: meditation was pretty boring, recommendations of sitting for a long time, then you understood it was all part of the process. I recently was starting to come to that conclusion and hearing you has just confirmed it and helped me to consolidate. By the way great speech on the Bardos video too. Thank you for being compassionate Michael.
