I saw a bitty tree frog - about the size of my thumbnail - in the growth just outside my tomato patch.

It looks like winter is coming .. probably a cool, dry one out this way, but who knows what everyone else is going to get.

I understand why you do your mowing with a snath (handle) and scythe (blade). There’s no way a conventional mower could handle your property. It’s imperative to keep your blade SHARP.

I can do the work in the early morning without disturbing the neighbors, too. Artisanal lawn mowing .. probably won't take off and be a thing. If we couldn't get gas, folks would just start buying geese to graze their yards, and take turns with Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners

It is for correcting errant tree branches, when they have placed their fruit beyond my reach, the naughty things! Although it could do, in a pinch.
