trying to remove a door from same model. Is there easy disconnects where the door hinges?

Great General Idea Of how to do it, disconnecting door handle cable was pain in a butt and lower white plug that connects into master power window switch was also hard to figure out as there were tiny clip that was holding it. Putting it back together was easy. In order to remove that window master power switch control i had to take apart quarter of a door panel was designed by Acura in different sections like a puzzle

The plastic housing or clip to my lock wire broke off. How do i fix this? I cant open my door now its so annoying

The only way to fix it is to replace the wire with a new one from Acura.

Now I know why acura is so loud. Thank you. Now I'll surely install some sound absorbers like foam. Even old fords have them and acura - no sounddeadening materials! No under fenders, no in the door panels, no in the trunk. OMG. I love the car but it's so noisy after changing from BMW e90 that was not so quiet at all.

Excellent, I need to check the cable that's connected to the inside handle. Door isn't opening from the inside.

How do I know If its the regulator or motor? My passenger window doesnt go down, and there isnt any noise or nothing when i press the button, it just simply doesnt work

Does it work on either switch the driver's side switch or the passenger side switch when you try it?

My car has the same problem, did the plastic break? The one that deals with the window going up and down. It's transparent and has 2 small hinges both facing opposite side. It's on a circle like object

Ruben Fabela my window regulator was bad. Its not too bad to replace. Unfortunately I didn't make a video on it. If I have time soon I will.

How to just remove the door storage compartment panel that pulls down?

Doug Hoyt Hi Doug, Around the 3 minute mark it shows the back of the door panel. The piece you are talking about will probably have to be removed after you take the door panel off. In order to remove it I am guessing (because mine is put back together currently) that you will need to take some Phillips screws out on the back side of the pocket on the rear of the door panel. I'm sorry for not making a video on it; currently we just have some nasty weather. Hope this helped have a great day!

I could be very wrong however I do not believe there is a way for you to remove the compartment without removing the door panel the door panels very easy to remove as you can see in the video realistically that would be the easiest and fastest way for you to find out how to fix the compartment instead of searching online forever. Anyone Have the problem with the outside screw near the edge of the door being stripped and just spinning the piece of metal it’s connected to.

So weird. That your window isnt working ive had problems with my driver side window being automatic. And I got it fixed and sometimes it doesn't wanna go all the way up it starts to and then goes back down half way. :(

Remove the fender and remove the 6 bolts holding it on the car and unplug the harness.
