Senator Utu - Medicaid has eligibility criteria. Not everyone is eligible for Medicaid. Listen to what the doctor stated as he is well aware of the program eligibility. You missed the point. Just a suggestion - Listen to understand not listen to respond if you don’t have the information. Research this info as well. Every state has a Medicaid website that outlines the eligibility criteria. Kudos to Dr Pedro for being an advocate and supporter of the people of American Samoa. Wish you the best!
