Tricolore Music Festival, a music festival held in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, has been held since 2004 by volunteers who love music and live in Ishinomaki City.
Although there was a two-year hiatus due to the Corona disaster, the festival has continued without a break even in the year of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
A wide variety of music genres are performed, ranging from acoustic storytelling, pop, rock, brass band, and jazz band, with more than 400 people performing at all seven venues.
