That cross slope on that sidewalk isn't anywhere near 2%. Apparently ADA federal guideline's don't apply to your State lol. Also for the life of me why you southern states insist on sawing the screed back an forth is beyond me. A lot of extra work for little reward. But hey I guess its just a preference.
