On Gilligan's Island this week .Has Captain Dave lost the run of the Ship??. As an aura descends on the group ,brought on by Davids rigourious exercise routine with little Danni. David,s OCD is triggered by everything around him. He knows the cost of everything and the value of nothing. He is surrounded by Love is that of Hannah,Jack and Daniel which is a price above Rubies. His Phil Kay interview produced Comedy Gold in the James Joyce piece at the end but sometimes you have to root around in the potatoe patch to find those nuggets.. David ,you have a gift. your talent. but most of all your Family and the extended family you were born into . Don't fret so .Everyone on the podcast is amazing.

The way Hannah is treated is not nice. David is dysfunctional and knows it and admits it. He needs some tools and to cope with being with Hannah in this situation or simply not do it at all. For his own sanity. You have a beautiful family and as individuals are fantastic and entertaining. However having a podcast or youtube channel is not worth it if you can't help being so disrespectful to each other. David your need to have microphones right and things on topic to make the podcast more professional BUT it does the exact opposite it stops any flow and while funny at the start is now just fking annoying. I listen to a hundred thousand podcasts and no one stops things like this. WE CAN HEAR if the microphone is a bit away and if the camera is slightly out of focus SO WHAT. Also your desire for status in the entertainment industry and who is important or not comes across as so old middle class Irish anxiety. With Phil last week it was embarrassing he was trying to talk to you while you were telling him his status every 2 seconds. Just be nicer to Hannah we like her, stop your ocd with setup, and exactly as you said listen to others and bring the best out of them. I could go on but rant over. This is a bit of light relief for the week instead we get what is a akin to a dysfunctional family circus. Be nice or don't do it. There is few better when you are switched on.

Hannah is on point about a lot of things, maybe listen to her once in a while. Great podcast, I think David is sharp as fuck as a comedian. But Hannah getting endlessly talked down, and the guests joining in because human nature, is a bit annoying to watch, to be honest. Ganging up on the only woman is not a great look.
