Ryan killed this role, he's very natural he doesn't over act which makes it realistic in every way.

Yup. He portrays the emotions what we would feel like when we r there.not so dramatic. Just a perfect dose. That's raw acting . Same thing goes with DeNiro and Al Pacino. And Ryan surely is an underrated actor in business

Eva Mendes did a great job even though she wasn't in a whole lot of the film.

Underrated movie. Great acting, cinematography, music, and look at that damn cast; Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Eva Mendes, Dane DeHaan, Mendelssohn, Rose Byrne, Ray Liotta and Mahershala fucking Ali!

Amazing movie. One of the best I've ever seen.

Agreed 👍 Pretty cool being born and raised in Schenectady and seeing these actors using a neighbors house for Bradley Cooper's, and seeing all these places I go every single day. Great movie regardless with an awesome cast. RIP Ray Liotta.

Amazing film. In defense of Avery, he didn't exploit the death of Luke to boost his career he exploited the corrupt pigs to boost his career. In defense of Kofi, he was the type of man Luke SHOULD have been if he genuinely wanted to be part of Jason's life. Plus Kofi kept it 100% real with Jason about his father and how he was just "a guy with a baby" whereas Kofi went to work everyday and supported Jason, his mom and even grandma and loved them all. Luke definitely loved his son but made awful choices.

I noticed this, too! He was younger, that's all. Who knows what celebrities do? Today he looks like he has had cosmetic work on his face.

Sorry Ryan Gosling. You're a champion but there were 3 shots fired in the film I think

There were indeed three. The kid fires one at AJ

I thought I was getting lil peep vibes from Ryan’s character but it just hit me out of no where, I was getting Blackbear vibes. In love with this movie it’s unreal.

I have seen so many videos claiming that the baby in this movie is Ryan and Eva's baby. Recently a Ryan Gosling biography on youtube claims the little girl in Blue Valentine is has daughter. kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2fLn6x8i79_bsU

+buttercrap no offense, but that's BS.. you are obviously one of those people who saw him in maybe 3 movies.. and in all of those movies he played similar types of characters.. you should check him out in The Believer, Murder by numbers, Lars and the real girl, Stay, Blue Valentine etc.. he's a great actor
@krugger9118 жыл бұрын
well said mate. watch crazy stupid love too. it's a generic chick flick shite movie to be honest, but it's gosling in yet another role. that idea that he just plays one role is so tedious and lazy.
@cometome2557 жыл бұрын
buttercrap watch the Nice Guys. It's with Russell Crowe, he's a complete idiot in that.
@prateek6502-y4p4 жыл бұрын
That's called subtle acting. And the way he acts is how we will act in real life. He is one of the actors who donot unnecessarily register every bit of over emotion. That's called Raw acting . If u r familiar with the actor De Niro u would know what I am talking about
