I've been looking for a Trail Tech kit for my 07 CRF450R and can't find it. Trail Techs web site has zip for Honda, did you have to call them to order?

Don't think they make it anymore might be able to find a kit used in a fb group just a trail tech high output stator and weighted flywheel not sure on signal lights I don't use any

Hey, I just installed a used trailtech stator on my crf450r 2007. But spark is bad now. It comes and goes. Could it be because I have not yet connected the lightning coil wires? Or could it be because I use OEM crf450,r flywheel instead of the one from trailtech? Exciter coil gives 30ohm on multimeter. OEM crf450r stator gives 17,5 ohm. Any clues? :-)

Yup still have it and has worked mint. About time to replace the little battery but other then that been great

I bought the bike with the same trail tech kit, it’s a 03 450r, all the lights worked absolutely fine, didn’t rode the bike for about 2 years, stripped to the frame and rebuilt everything except the motor, now the lights don’t run, the battery isn’t charging,battery is changed . Any suggestions where to look at?

Guess they don't make em no more i got my kit used from a member then messaged trail tech and they got me the harness and regulator I was missing so have to make a post on fb group's to find one

what kind battery you have? link to the battery pouch if you know. thanks

It's the 12v battery that trail tech sells on there site comes with the pouch and battery I believe I bbn it's not up there message them they were very helpful for me

Hey buddy nice video I have a 2015 Crf450r trying to make a supermoto how’d you make out?? I’m having problems trying to figure out what and how to wire in my new stator/rectifier /battery/lights

Mine works mint so far but I just installed the stator and flywheel and the rest of the trail tech kit is plug and play so all I had to do was pull power from the battery and hopl a switch in to turn it on and off so mine was super simple

I haven't 04 CRF450R I want a power life from the stator I can't find one from Trail Tech is there another option out there cuz I'm trying to make my bike street legal

Can always throw a battery in the airbox and just have to throw a charger on it when your not riding like at night seen people get by with that
