The other simple thing that can be done is to try to get the rational behind what our previous generations were doing for healthy life style? For example, grand parents used castor oil to clean the body from inside aswell. So, is it a good method or not? The reason behind this type of comparison is to get an understanding of available means for a healthy life style. How were people healthy previously with the available resources and why are people not healthy with so many resources. Where is the problem? A never ending debate!
