Sir , i have to correct you in one thing very respectfully, the atmna in advaitha vedanta is subjective consciousness,which is chidhabhasa reflected consciousness, the bramhan of advaitha vedanta and the mahamadyamaka truth is both same , awareness!

Is Adhichcha Samuppanna like creator God Concept? Uncaused cause? Well, it is possible.

If cause and effect are not separate, there's no point in considering uthpada-thithi-bhanga. There cannot be anything unique. For world mechanism to be practical, swabhawa is a must. That makes Buddhism unpractical.
