When create loop.. I get an error.. That is.. To use the current item in other elements in the loop.. Use the API name of the Loop element.. It show.. What can I do.. Resolve it..

Just be clear with your points for the beginners like when we try to create a deadline date field on account object directly its not possible dont skip the little points else its a great session and clear

Hi Sir, In process builder deadlineDate is not available for me. Do i need to declare variable(deadLine) in flow. I thought Variable(Current Item from Loop IterateLoopOverOppList > CloseDate) will be assigned with value(Current Item from Loop IterateLoopOverOppList > AccountId > DeadlineDate)

Flow only. Process builder are out dated now.

i am not getting to create the loop variable this is coming like this,To use the current item in other elements in the loop, use the API name of the Loop element. Example: if your flow iterates over accounts with a Loop element named "My_Account_Loop" you can reference the current item from that loop element. Just start typing "My_Account_Loop" and select "Current Item from Loop My_Account_Loop".

Yes Salesforce updated this feature now you don't need to create a variable you can use loop element name as a loop variable.

Sanjay, I liked your videos as I started watching from beginning. However, in this video you went too quick after you created a loop element. You kept on performing the steps rather than explaining of why it is done and why it is needed. You should explain each step in detail.

Nevertheless, I managed to understand but, I suggest you to explain your steps in detail assuming the viewer is not very well versed with all the elements and variable that are being created and sometimes they are very new to the flows. For example: You created 2 variables OppList & OppListToUpdate. You could explain why you had to create 2 variables and why can't 1 variable work. Also what are the best practices to add elements in flow. Example: After "Get Records" it is necessary to add "Decision" element else the flow will fail if no record is present in the variable and the loop still executes. Overall, I like your videos and it makes understanding flow very easy. But it would be appreciated if you could think from beginners perspective as well.
