Love this one! 🤩 I love making the show off brief, this one gives a few more options on the legs n especially the rolled waistline 😍 Question - what type of thread do you suggest to use and needle? I’ve used cotton with ball point … but I do get a few skipped stitches… suggestion? Stretch needle? Nylon threads? Any suggestion would help 😁

Most of the time all purpose thread is fine. Coats & Clark Dual Duty, Gutterman are fine. I have to be honest that I don't always use a ballpoint needle. If I do it would be the Schmetz brand 80/12. Sometimes ball point needles have a hard time getting through all the thickness of the fabric layers. As for nylon thread, I don't use that very often, however it will add a bit more stretch ability to the garment. If you're sewing mesh, stretch lace or very lightweight knits I would recommend it - but it can be expensive.
