(060) - "Keso 2000s" - 15 pins + security pins, picked & gutted

Picking starts at 01:53, open at 03:02 (opening time 1 minute, 9 seconds).
Just a suggestion when reassembling: DO NOT mix key and driver pins randomly (I tried to match the bitting of the key with the key pins when reassembling): There is so little room in the "chambers" for the drivers that pin stacks easily get too long so that when the lock is finally reassambled, the key pins can't be pushed all the way in and so the key can't be inserted!

I can peck a vahette asso abloy double cylinder with recessed picks. but with a keso 8000s omega it doesn't work. can you give me tips or maybe make a video about it ?At least explain to me what is important or what you have to look out for at keso. can this lock stand a screwdriver? the thin driver pins do not look like they could resist that much force...

Pins are hardened steel, so yes they do resist (up to some extent of course) See @Potti314's recent "torture" video

Thanks for your comment! :) I was, but turns out, the pin stacks are VERY sensitive in regards to their overall max length: I tried to just swap the key pins to fit the key I received from Potti - in the end, some pin stacks turned out to be too long so that the key pins can't be pushed deep enough into the housing for the key to fit. Have to pick it again and rearrange the pins - luckily I didn't had the key inserted when putting it back togeher, otherwise I'd have to use some shims. But putting it back together was surprisingly extremely easy, I would say even easier than with regular pin tumblers: Just put in a bar, insert a driver, compress it with your fingers from both sides and push the bar into the housing one position - it really is that simple!
