Nice intro to the nervous system! It really helps to keep things clear from the word go! In my uni they post the PPT presentations onto an online campus, but they are usually just pics with no reference or anything. The teachers waffle about them for an hour and then you are on your own. Posting summary videos like this on KZbin for your students is really going the extra mile, and making them available for the rest of us is so kind and generous. THANKYOU

Afferent is the pathway that carries input, it approaches the control centre. The efferent pathway is the one that carries output away from the control centre.
