07.01.24 Making the Right-to-Know Law Apply to the PA School Boards Association

Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill (R-York) speaks in support of Senate Bill 1183, legislation she authored that would subject the Pennsylvania School Boards Association to the state’s Right-to-Know Law. The legislation aims to provide public access to information about how taxpayer dollars are utilized by organizations that participate on the Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS).
