My driveway is the same material. After I spread it I made a burner to heat the asphalt and it healed together and made it almost weed free

Recycled Asphalt contains many chemicals that can leach into soil on your property. I would not risk it. Some farm associations have even started advising farmers not to put any of this stuff on their properties. Just an FYI for people considering it.
