Personal notes for future reference: 1. In initial years, try to increase salary then investing pennies. 2. Invest on learning and up skilling. 3. By hook or crook - BUY your first house. 4. Decide where you want to stay for rest of the life before age of 30. 5. Relationship compounding - Find fruitful relationship and stay with them rest of the life, marry early. 6. Calculate for per hour charge and don't do work worth less then that. 7. Live the present moment instead of excessive saving for future. 8. Explore and learn as much about local business while traveling and make contacts there. 9. Try booking first row in plan and learn from fellow passengers.

.😢 Sir, I am calculating but it's too confusing I am 23. But like, somedays, some guests comes for 30 to 45 to 4 hrs sometimes, sometimes no one comes many months are spent like that. Fare for transportation fluctuate without any prior notice from transport authority. That's why, I eat 2 times a day.
