For such a young kid, and really a flute player at all, regardless of age, she plays this beautifully! Those high C's, man..they're incredibly difficult to hold out, and even though she could improve on it, she did it amazingly. Hats off to this girl!

considering her age i think it is a great choice. reminds me of red pompoms or smiling apples. and that goes so well with the piece she is performing. brilliant, bouncy, lively, full of life. i dislike childrens' fashion that mimics grown ups. a child can have a personality and show it freely.

여진이 너무 잘해요ㅠㅠ 여진이로 인해서 이 곡이 더더 좋아졌어요! 그래서 이 곡 쳐봐서 다른사람들이 한것 다 들어봤는데.... 역시 여진이 만큼 잘하는 사람이 없어요! 여진이는 표현이 매우!!우수하고 여진이의 소리,테크닉,호흡 전부 부러워요!!!무엇보다 가장 아름다운건,역시 하나님을 전하려는 마음을 가지고 있는게 가장 아름다워요\^O^/ 지금 아직 중1인데도 이렇게 놀랄정도로 잘하는데!!앞으로 정말 많이 기대가 되요!!!!!^^ 늘 여진이 연주영상 올라오길 기다리고있어요!!자주 올려주시면 감사하겠습니다!

the whole piece sounds pretty smooth except at 5:31 suddenly she puts too much air and following several notes are all screw up

TIAN PENG those notes are incredibly difficult to maintain. A high C played at pianissimo, all tongued quarter notes, while the piano plays the melody. They weren't at all screw ups. She maintained better than most artists.

This is where I believe Taktakishvili had a small vengeance against the flutist, most of the Sonata he is giving us this wonderful gift!Here on the high c’s he marks the impossible pianissimo and give the ending melody to the piano. No audience will enjoy the high c’s only a flutist that has worked on this. She played them as pretty as any other recording and her crescendo at the end was impressive.

Taktakishvili marked triplet sixteenths staccato. Third movement tempo is 116 she played it as written. She performed it exactly as the composer intended.

+Nila Siasi For people don't play wind instruments, especially the ones that are hard to control air, they certainly won't have a good idea how difficult it will be to always play the super fast pieces by producing every note clearly and brightly.

What about all those high C's at the end of movement one? she played them pianissimo (and in tune), then grew the phrase beautifully and with a crescendo at the end. Her tempo changes are graceful and sensitive - you barely notice that they're happening at all. If you're following the musical score, you can see that her phrasing is also highly unique and painstakingly detailed, indicative of mature playing. And I also agree with kpoptasheu - no matter what your skill level or age, there are always ways to improve. always. That's the beauty of studying an instrument.
