073124- Devotional - Our Unchanging God

It’s almost impossible to get up in the morning and start into your day without thinking about the things that are happening around us in our nation and in the world. People still struggle with all the changes they face - and one cannot ignore the issues that are constantly changing in regards to our economy, the rising costs of things, and add to that our national safety and the issues that are currently confronting families and local schools.
We are seeing all kinds of responses and emotions. For some it seems as though life is a roller coaster. So, I was reminded of a very simple verse that has a powerful truth right in the middle of it. This verse offers us a look into the attributes of God - attributes that can comfort, encourage and guide us each day as we continue to move forward. Many of the people I’ve talked with regarding all the changes taking place around us believe that things will come around and that we might see some semblance of order. Well, the answer for some semblance of order might just be found in the James 1:17. Listen and be encouraged as you hear more about our unchanging God!
