Alexis was spine chilling during this funeral. I love that even though she hit Sonny so far below the belt in bringing up the deaths of his mother and unborn children, he still was concerned about her getting too upset. Alexis' rage came from anger but I also think from extreme guilt. She knew in her heart of hearts that if Kristina hadn't found that letter where Alexis told the truth about Sonny being her child's father, then Kristina wouldn't have been in that warehouse and she'd still be alive. This scene was fantastic and should've won NLG an Emmy!

That was a read honey... 🤭 This entire monologue was brilliant but that line took me out. I remember this scene like it was yesterday. Even though I'm not much of a NLG fan in real life, on screen this was hands down one of her best performances on GH and i agree with all the other comments, she absolutely was robbed for the Emmy that year. For a ridiculous storyline, over a character nobody really liked, she totally sold it. 🤗

Holy Moly! This is some of the best action I've seen on GH for years! Nancy is such a good actress. I'm so glad she told off all those people. And that she wore red. Red reflects my anger. You are all wearing red too, because you have my sister's blood on your hands. Brilliant! Sonny got what he deserved. She told off Jason as well. He wasn't too likable at that time. Why was Felicia with that mobster? Alexis's hatred for Sonny was earned. But he had a way with all the females. Bad to the bone, bad boy. Wounded and tortured he was bait for all the girls that came into his sphere. They all wanted to sleep with him. Nina went to him straight off of Jax without a flinch. As Mike, he didn't have the baggage of Sonny. But she knew what keeping that secret was doing and she did it anyway, for Sonny. And he never really paid any real consequences. He had Carly back, He had his family back, but he had to have Nina too. I'm glad that Alexis and Sonny only have their daughter between them and they do fine. Her fears did not really find fruition.

I couldn't find the right words to use to describe this scene. The obvious Guzaesque politics behind Alexis' stunning monologue were heart shattering for those of us that wanted more out of the Sonny and Alexis relationship. And sadly it was the last time that NLG would be nominated for a Lead Actress nomination. She lost to Susan Flannery. You'll even notice, aside from her participation in the "Who Murdered Luis Alcazar" storyline, her role as a lead sharply declined.

“Klassic” Kristina was made prominent under Megan McTavish’s tenure. When Guza and Pratt came on board, they pretty much did everything they could to get rid of her writing, including many couples (Skye/Jax, Sonny/Alexis, Nik/Gia) and Kristina. Helena even had an identical cousin introduced during spring 2002, and that also got shafted.

Um it takes two to tango & if u didnt want a kid why have unprotected sex several times on ur honeymoon. Sounds planned to me. U know conceiving a baby with your wife in ur honeymoon. Jake he just doesnt give a crap about at all. The only " child " he loves is his brothers blackout sex baby. We watched him carry carrot top around for a year & he ruined his relationship with robin bc he was obsessed with that child that was not his & had to run to the house or god forbid the kid didnt get his chapter on africa when he woke up at 1 am. Um what 1 year old still wakes up for a bottle & story time? In the end it aj was better off not telling aj. It caused him & michael so much damage bc it led to sonny getting his hands on him. At least with jason he probably would not have been shot in the head or killed a woman sonny married for buisness & then the idiot adults instead of going to the cops & having a self defense case the judge punished him with prison where another inmate raped him. All before hs ended. Yea carly tell everyone again how the qs would destroy mikey & aj was a monster. Her pelvis was calling the shots. Which ever man she wanted to sex up was Michael's dad from tony to Jason to sonny. Poor aj. One night of drunken sex with a pychotic destroyed his life. Poor aj. I'm talking sean k' aj. All he did was offer carly friendship . Aj was such a sweetheart. I'll never forget how hard he took stones pill regimen.

The Kristina that died was Alexis’ sister. Alexis was currently pregnant at the time and named the baby after her sister, Kristina. Alexis got pregnant with Sonny but didn’t want Sonny to know the child was his, so she lied and said Ned was the father of the child. Kristina found out the baby was Sonny’s and went to Sonny’s warehouse to find him and tell him the baby was his. However, Luis Alcazar set a bomb in warehouse and it exploded with Kristina inside and she died.

Herdmentality Yes she is out of line because SHE is ultimately to blame for Kristina dying because the only reason Kristina was even at the warehouse was to tell Sonny that Alexis was pregnant with his child, a truth that Alexis was covering up. Also Alexis very well knew what business Sonny was in and still CHOSE to represent him, then chose to sleep with him, without protection, even when he himself gave her a choice to leave. These were HER choices and she needs to take responsibility for them. The Warehouse explosion was so much more than just a fight over a pier. Luis Alcazar wanted revenge on Sonny for personal reasons Sonny didn’t even know about. He didn’t even know who Alcazar was at the time, and it wasn’t just Sonny, he was going after Jax as well, so it wasn’t just a Mob War, it was much deeper than that it was about a man with a vendetta against Sonny and Jax and was trying to make a statement. Roy was fighting Sonny over the pier and even HE was surprised about the explosion. Alexis needs to take responsibility for her OWN choices and stop blaming Sonny for everything bad that happens to her, especially since whenever she’s in trouble, he’s the first person she runs to for help. Yes she is grieving but she turned her sister funeral into a catastrophe, instead of honoring her sisters life and saying all this later on, she used her sisters funeral and death to attack Sonny, and really what it all comes down to and why she is so mad at him is because she fell in love with him, he didn’t choose her and it broke her heart, so she really just needs to grow up. Throwing things like his mother and Lily in his face, things she knows haunts him, things he confided to her about in confidence is so messed up, especially since he would never do something like that to her, he would never throw Helena in her face just to hurt her. Telling him that his ancestors were peasants that worked in her ancestors fields is so messed up and racists like I can’t even believe those words ever came out of her mouth. If she had said these things at a later date, maybe I would have been on her side, but to use your sisters funeral to attack this man when she was ultimately more to blame for Kristinas death than Sonny was is so wrong, and Alexis was wrong, and this is where the self righteous, hypocritical, two-faced, hateful Alexis was born that I despise. This was her downfall as a character.
